Modding Bug ?

Well, I've been trying to use the new tech requirements feature in the compenhancement.txt file, but with no luck. It seems that no matter where I put the tech requirement fields in each record, it ignores them and makes them available without the required tech levels. I copied the field names from the file header, so they should be spelled properly for the game to recognize them, so I can't think of anything I could be doing wrong.

Anyone else seen this bug or have any idea when it will be fixed?

Here is an example of one of my new mounts, just in case I'm doing something wrong:

Long Name := Miniaturization - Base
Short Name := Miniaturization
Description := Using advanced miniaturization methods, the weapon's size and mass is reduced by half. This results in a weapon that is cheaper to build and maintain, but also much easier to destroy. Useful for building weapon banks on smaller ships.
Code := Mini
Cost Percent := 50
Tonnage Percent := 50
Tonnage Structure Percent := 30
Damage Percent := 60
Supply Percent := 50
Range Modifier := -1
Weapon To Hit Modifier := -3
Vehicle Size Minimum := 0
Weapon Type Requirement := Any
Vehicle Type := Base
Number of Tech Req: := 1
Tech Area Req 1: := Smaller Weapons
Tech Level Req 1: := 3

Took me a minute to see it but I think I found your problem.

Ah... I see it. Apparently the colons were in the header too, and I didn't notice it when I copied it.
