Crew Quarters

How many crew fits into a crew quarter, how many crew is there on a destroyer?
I would like to know for my in-game story.

How many do you want to fit?

Seriously, if you can pack 1M population in 5kt of cargo space, you can pick however many crew are dramatically appropriate for the race you're playing.

There was a race in Reach for the Stars (the Arimechs?) whose ships each had a single crew member, regardless of the size of the ship.
