Multiplayer Play By Email Question

We'll I got my copy today and can't wait to get off of work. But I do have one question for the above topic. I understand that:

1. players make there empire files.
2. host creates game and sends out game file (and custom empire files) to all players.
3. players load game make turn and send player files to host.

Now this is where I get confused. Host has loaded his game and has finished his turn. Does he save this game to a different directory and move his player file to the main game file folder and then load that game and complete turn? Or does he load game as a player do turn and then load in as host and generate the game turn? I'm sure it's simple once I get everything loaded but 2 of my friends ordered there game and got it today to so we were going to try this tonite and the less questions I have the more fun we'll have. Besides everyone has been great with answering my questions!

The host places the savegame file and all player files (.plr; including his own) in the same directory. Then, he runs the game as the host, and hits the process turn button.

The host does not need to "save" at all.
When the host loads the game, the only option will be end turn, and SE4 will automatically process, save and then exit when end turn is pressed.
Error Messages about incorrect turn files, etc will pop up as soon as you press end turn, and you will have the option to abort processing at that time.

The savegame will be updated, and can be emailed to all of the players again for the next turn.

All of that hosting can be done automatically by the PBW server. See www.pbw.cc
