Other "underground" games...
 

All I can say is WOW after getting my copy of SE4Gold in the mail just this week...I consider myself a gamer geek and am very up to date on mainstream video games (IGN, Videogames.com, etc). But somehow this AMAZING game, SE4Gold, never showed up on my radar.

Now I wonder what other great games that I may have missed simply because they aren't published by one of the big guys. I love just about every type of game (from RPG to FPS to RTS)...

What else have I been missing? I find SE4Gold's graphics just fine... I'm not one of those gamers that is fixated on the BEST graphics....

Check out Battlefront.com. They sell wargames, and every once in awhile you'll see a review of one of their games in PC Gamer. I even bought one of their games, but I can't remember the title right now.

Its won TONS of awards, as did the first one. Search around for reviews.

how bout any single player games? This game does look amazing, but I'm not much into MultiPlayer.

I think one of the BEST games bar non (besides this one) is Steel Panthers World at War...you can get it free...not sure of the adress. If you want realistic Squad Level fighting this is the one. We are actually using this game for trainin in the Marine Corps, as well as several other nations. It has it all...A Must have.

I've never played it, but a lot of people rave about Dominions. Anyone ever play it?
