tempoarary combat error.cmb?

I have recently gotten one of these errors (temporary combat error.cmb)as I advance my turn. Is there any solutions to this or do I need to reinstall?

I have never even heard of such an error. When does it occur? Have you modded anything in the game, or are you using standard files?
