SEIV,GC,VGAP: which do you like best?
 

Hi everybody!

Okay, after (very!) few games with the demo I've ordered SEIV Gold http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Now, at work we play VGA Planets v4. I'm also watching "Galactic Civilization" with great interest.
While I still play MOO2 every now and then, I have little interest in MOO3.

So it looks like I might be playing four similar games at the same time http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Since, so far, I've only really played MOO2 (a lot) and VGAP4 (quite a bit), I'd be very interested in what you guys think.
Which of these games look good to you? Which ones are you playing a lot? (Well, okay, GC is only coming at the end of this month, but it had a large beta).
Which ones do you like best, and - more importantly - why?

I've enjoyed very much MOO2. If you like it, you will adore SE IV.

'Didn't played MOO3, but with all that I've heard about it, I don't even want to try...

Galactic civilizations seems interesting, but it's a completly different game, so few comparisons can be made. Another thread is dealing with it in the forum.

If only SEIV had cheesy cutscenes from Moo2 like Antarian attack or Elerian spy, it would be the best game ever. Now I have to imagine it all while playing SEIV http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I recently bought MOO2 because I knew my old computer wouldn't play MOO3. It was ok. I like the different types of technologies you could get. I'm sure there are SEIV equivalents for most of them, but some of them were very different and I'd like to see a mod that had some of those. Can't remember all of them, however. As far as the others, Galactic Civilizations looks promising, but I haven't seen the demo. I don't anything about the other game that was mentioned.
