Problem with game: Return to Hell

I was wondering if anyone here could help me with this. In a game that I am hosting/playing in, (Return to Hell), this Last turn everything was fine for me. But I recieved an email from a player with an interesting problem that I have no idea what caused it.

He said that this turn some of his ships have taken damage without any explanation. Also some of the planets that were just colonized this turn have a facility in the build queue; and then some of the ships have different orders then what he game them. The AI didn't do any of this because he hasn't missed a turn for awhile.

I took the game off auto processing until we could figure it out but I have no clue. Have any of you ever seen this before?

Did he turn on any of the ministers?

The history of the game will show him not missing a turn even if he accidently upload the wrong turn. The PBW server treats a wrong turn the same as not uploading a turn.

Thanks for the help. I'll let you guys know what I find out.

Although that would solve only some of the problems. It would take care of the colony queues and the wrong orders to the ships; but as far as the ships with damage goes I don't see how that would solve this. Unless the AI moved through a damaging warp point and the player didn't realize it.

ask him if the ships were damaged attempting to make planets... as many of the astroids are ship damaging.

OK, I have looked at everything I can think of. I think it has to be the correct turn upload.
Every order I gave was completed, and some were not what the AI would be expected to do.
Also there is none of the normal AI mucking about with ship designs and such. It is almost as if
every ship that had no orders was given some, and each new colony was ordered to build one facility. And two ships that were training are now under repair, they were given orders to refit. They were the only ships that happened to be at a planet with a space yard.

It would appear that my instructions were all followed, but then extra orders were given.

The real question is, are you better off with the phantom orders?

Can't say yet. It will delay me a few turns, but this empire was already screwed when I took it over. So it won't effect the outcome of the game.

It's just going to take me a while to check everything planet by planet and ship by ship.

This extra info makes it sound as if some ministers were on, particularly retrofit, facility construction and some ship movement minister (ie patrol, explore, attack, or defense).
