unable to load techarea.txt
 

Help!!

Either Im completely stupid or something weird is going on. Im running SE IV gold ver 1.27. The mod Im trying desperately to run is the KDY shipyards Starwars mod. Each time I run it I get the error message "Unable to load techarea.txt" I looked through that file, I cant see any extra spaces or anything that would crash it...so Im kinda stumped.

Any help greatly appreciated

The gold release Version was 1.60; even the latest non-gold Version is 1.49. In any case the latest patch is v1.84. Start with upgrading to the latest patch and see if that helps.

Oops. Feeling very stupid. Its not SE4 gold, just SE4. Ill upgrade it with the patch and see if that resolves my problem, ta for the response

Trooper is correct: No patch to go from "old" to Gold.
