"System - Ability Required"
 

SystemTypes.txt has a note at the top that one of the possible system abilities is "System - Ability Required." It sounds like this is supposed to allow only ships with a certain ability to enter that system (example - a hyperspace system that only ships with "Open Warp Point Distance" can move through).

There is no mention of this ability elsewhere that I can find, though, including in Abilities.txt. Is it something that was cut?

This something that was never implimented, yeah.
