Have more than one browser up so you can "sit" in a forum.

Work on your PBW turn while "lurking" in this forum.

"Alt Tab" is faster but the hallways are carpeted and I don't always get a chance.

I HEAR that! When I sneak a turn in (only the ones that don't take a lot of thought), I have to be wary of every sound coming down the cubicles to my "cul de sac".
