What does this mean?

I see peoples Sig have "My SEIV Code:" with a bunch of stuff behind it, is there a galatic translator somewhere?

The code is looking a bit sad and out of date now. If anyone wants to update it (adding new questions and maybe marking others as obselete) then please let me know. I can continue to host it or someone can migrate it their site if they want...

Cool! Take it away, general. I think the code should remain backwards compatible, but there are plenty of questions that ought to be flagged as "obselete".
