Is timed turns off at the PBW?

Isn't CEST Central European Standard Time?
If so here it is 11.49 PM May 20.
Is the timed turns shut down?
My game has fully automated turns.

Edit:I'm sure it's Central and not Ventral!!!

YEs, I believe they are off. In the Return to Hell game the turn should've went off yesterday sometime. I didn't realize this till today so I just pressed "Execute next turn" in the Admin screen.

Right after the NGC3 turns was sent out the site went down?

Either someone read this or else I didn't do anything, I just pressed Execute!

The auto turns were not turned off on purpose, but sometimes we will get a glitch and they won't run. I was just restarting the server to get them going again. That's what you saw there.
