You have some non-Gold AI in Gold game. Check out what race gives this message and either delete it or update it if you can fined a newer Version.

You can also patch it using AI_patcher programm (sorry don't have a link in hand)

Alternatively, don't use "Generate Computer Controlled Empires" when setting up a new game. Rather chose them manually and edit them one by one to computer controlled and race ministers.
If you don't have the Empire files, create them.

When you identify which race(s) cause the errors, you can patch them for Gold with the instructions linked in my sig.

For the past few years I keep getting 5-10 popup windows (AI Setting Error ... with path) that I have to cancel just before I get to the race selection screen to start the game. They have annoyed me for some time. Does anyone know how to eliminate this? Is it due to the no AI Mod settings?
