Racial point question
 
If I take Hardy Industry (+125 to ship yard) production, is there a point where the lessor trait of Construction max's out (ie if can I go above 100% and is there a limit overall). And if I take a Culture that has a built-in plus to SY does that matter. I just wonder what would happen if I pick Engineers with +5%, lessor trait of 150% and Hardy Ind at 125%, does all that stack, not like I would spend all the points, just wondering.

in classic it comes out 175%, 180% with the cultural. course, that is in classic.

I believe they add, not multiply. +25% + 50% = +75%.

The only cap is how many points you can put into it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif And they do indeed add. No % bonuses multiply in SE4. All of them add together. A robotoid III and system robotoid III provide 30 + 30 = 60% bonus, for example.

tried an ai human empire with 300% culture production and construction bonus against lots of ai. 300%er lost. it was the intel, mostly. they ganged up.
