PBW : empire dead but still standing ?
 

As a player, how can you declare yourself as dead, while your empire(planets, ships) still exists in the game ?
(saw that recently in one of my game, sorry for you Gandalf, I've been a very bad ally http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/blush.gif ...).

As a player, you can not do it.
The Game Admin can click on 'Player Finished' in PBW which marks it as dead in PBW and lets the AI continue the game (if possible).
