New Pulp race: now neo-standard with improved AI
 

Since returning from Afghanistan, I've spent some time refining my Pulp race, and I think I've succeeded in making it much more competitive. It has performed well as an AI race against the best AI races available--except for the Tesselates and the United Flora, who seem to be unbeatable. Here's the new file, optimized for the 5k version with a small bonus for the AI.

I'm uploading the entire race [neo-standard ++] in one zip, and just the text files in a separate download for those who have the graphics already. Hope you like it.
