I was playing a game and all of a sudden my home system was destroyed! OMG the AI actually used a Star Killer!

8472 did it using a ship with stealth armor. They did it too me in the AST mod, around turn 200 or so. I was blow away by this. Talk about unexpected! I had been doing it to them for a while and pay back is a *****.

The Federation AI is also invading my planets on a regular basis. The Klingons and Cardassians are expanding like mad.

Got to love it when the AI does smart things.

That really makes one wanna play the ast mod. I'm currently in a long game against TDM AI and i see a lot of planet creation. The new planets pop up like mushrooms. I nearly converted all asteroids in 14 systems to planets. After that, i'll send my fleets out http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Heh i remember one of my games where one of Atrocities' races (i think it was the cardassians) managed to wipe out the 8472's homesystem with an Inverted Quantum Beam. It was major system with around 6 warp points leading to other clusters so the creation of a blackhole was a major disruption, especially when it took out my fleet of 50 ships who were protecting the 8472! Havn't played on that game for a while but rest assured i'll get revenge, I'll get revenge!!!!!
