I play on a 200 system map. If the bonus is on high,won't the races far from me be very strong by the time I get to them? Giving me a tough game?

In tactical battle I use a wall formation up until almost weapons range then break formations and attempt to incircle and converge simultanously...

I beat the AI badly every time on the high difficulty. Is the low bonus a good enough help to the AI?

I think making a supply component 10kt instead of 20kt makes sense,and giving it cargo ability(set to zero)is a great idea also. But will the AI utilize both of these changes,and benefit from them?...

Do AI races build mining ships?
If I make the changes Baron did,will the AI also take advantage of the changes?

Small Anti-matter torps are lame with such a large size(10kt) and can only fire every other turn,plus have a range of only 2 and can only target ships and planets.

I decided not to increase the accuracy for Anti-matters and only a 10% increase for Quantums,and to extend all their ranges by one, which will bring the group to a maximum range of 7 which is 1 short...

I think weapons should have a different affect(damage amount and hit %) for different targets(planets,ships,fighters) instead of just one. Less effect against multiple fighters.

I think the solar sail should only work when a ship runs out of fuel. And should be standard technology to all races. Then that would give ships a reason for still being able to move 1 space when...

The idea of a solar sail giving you extra speed is idiotic!!!
If a ship running on it's own engines deployed such a device, it would act as a drag chute,slowing down the ship not speeding it up!!!...
