I've been able to have some limited success with getting the AI to take planets, but still tweeking on the strategy files to get them to be able to do space combat better while still dropping troops....

Same thing works for Emmisive armor and scattering armor. Did notice some funny effects when trying to make a design use all three - was occasionally flipping back to normal armor - havn't figured...
