I use mutiple sweepers all the time if they are together in a fleet all the sweepers work at once to clear the mines.

Counter Intell only stops intell actions against you you don't get anything from the "research". If no other races were using Intell against you when the operation finishes it will say that it fails....

Well there are a couple things to do after the pictures are unzipped you have to put them in the SEIV\pictures\races folder in a folder named after the race inside for instance the United Flora race...

The AI is definately better in the full Version than in the demo and the changes in the patch give them better options for defence such as the fighter change and curing the unsheilded bug for units....

The only reasons I have found for Rock or Ice planet colonization is that you can pick "none" as your atmosphere type. For some reason Gas Giants can't be without an atmosphere ...
