Well I don't think that would help. I am pretty sure something was buggy somewhere deep inside. As to where... I cannot say.

I quit the game. Restarted SE4 using the mod launcher again. Loaded...

My first games intel wacked me as well. I have mostly taken to making sure I have at least as much intel as the best guy (as far as I can figure) and making sure to have at least 3 CI projects going...

I was using SE4 launcher mod picker. I don't think I closed it during the game but it is possible that I did.
I know that I have closed it in the past during a game and not experienced negative...

Starting a new game certainly didn't work it had the same problems. However closing and restarting the program seemed to fix the problem.

In many ways sim turns is similiar to normal... the main difference is in how you issue orders to your troops and how they move during the turn. You tell them to do something. But they don't do it...
