No luck so far.
If few people remember this mod by now,i think the modder has given up updating the mod long ago.
The mod change the in game description,so it came with a new "dom3.exe" and a text...

Looking for a specific mod
Once there is a mod that change the in game spell description into samething like this "Do xx damage + xx/level".Which help a lot.
But i dont find it anyway even in the mod list.
Do anyone remember...
