I just tried making a mount for smaller ships from 150 to 300KT that would effect "ANY" weapon type and it does not work. Further investigation finds that it works for Direct Fire weapon type but...

Just thinking a little more about docking. You really would not need to give up mobility, as long as all the ships docked have engines you would basically get an average speed of all the ships...

I guess I forgot to put in that the docking is not permanent. The ships can undock and go to another place and dock again. Kind of like a mobile Starbase. I have not figured out how any damage...

Setup the quadrent so that it does not have warp points, all starting planets are forced to be in one...
