I would assume he is using strategic, if he was using tac he could have taken manual control. I too have had a hard time recently capturing Colony ships in Sim games using 1.27 patch.

Besides those special techs could be multiplayer only. A lot of games offer more techs/units/abilities and tricks when playing multiplayer (human vs human)only.

Use winzip to zip the downloaded patch onto a floppy, the trick is to zip it with the destination of the A: this way it will disk span across multiple floppies automatically.
As in break the patch...

Even our most advanced smart/guided weapons use a laser painter or incase of the anti tank weapons, tiny fiber optic cables to guide it inflight.

But that is besides the point, i think smart...

Next time you get an attachment make sure it really is a player1.txt...

Relax, it is just a permissions goof with IIS 4.0 at shrapnel, they'll have it fixed in no time.

Besides MM probably hasn't posted the patch because he has a RL and is too busy to keep up a...
