As has been standard, any Dom3 project can be hosted on the Dom3minions server. Longest running, most stable, full login server. :angel

It wouldnt be command line. It would be editing a map.

In the /dominions3/docs/ directory should be a pdf for modding, and one for mapping. If not then you can download it from the Illwinter.com...

Not built into the game. You can do things like trade units (by using the Charm or Hellbind spells). Or use a castle to be able to move thru each others territory. But generally this game does not...

Have you looked at the SemiRand program? Or play the Faerun map.

That was an old complaint. Also some people didnt like the randominity of fighting mages to get a province that didnt have a mage...

Yes. If you are using LLamaServer.net to play it in PbEM type games then those are probably the most active forums. Here, Desura, and Invision are alot of the games on that server.
