Names can be changed only in Mobhack. This has no effect on the game at all but at least in Mobhack the OOB name will be whatever you want it to be. Flags and such can also be tweaked using SHPed....

The data I have for the Russian weapons and American ones comes from Plasma. I believe his ratings are a little more accurate.

It isn't ready yet. There is nothing to install. All there is at the moment are a number of icons which I have prodced and will be in the mod.
