The wind ride moves the commander one province randomly, dealing damage that is enough to kill a human commander/mage, and those who survive the fall shall attack the province(if that province is not...

I mean "the stargazer become unique" is one of the change in CBM.....

As for your process, I think a better idea is empower it to D2, then cast twice born(or D1 with a ring of sorcery to cast),...

If barbarian(or other indy caused by event) attack a castle that is under siege,they will "hide" until the siege is over, then attack whoever fully control this province, so maybe this case is caused...

I guess he just need to understand "map move 3"——it is "pass through two province and reach the third in one turn",rather than pass three province a time.

Pan and LA c'tis might have special rules to reanimate different undead, and other nation get them(through enslave,wish or simply mod...)can only reanimate standard undead...
