He kept losing battles and probably got demoralized and gave up. If he would've equipped his jarls and sent them into battle instead of using them as casters he probably would've fared better.

Llamaserver's time is GMT I believe. It doesn't much matter though, new turns start as soon as the last turn file is sent in, or if the time elapses.

Maybe people should announce their NAPs. If there is a record of one that gets violated, at least people will be slow to trust the backstabbing guy in the future. Seems that there's not much more...
