Given that I dropped the encumbrance for the Nurgle units to zero, I didn't want to give too big a boost to their primary weapon....

I do have the latest version, yes.
I expect part of my problem is that I tend to resist the use of 'chaff' as I do not like having resources 'expended'. I would rather come up with a strategy...

It may well be that I am missing something as I am not the best of players and I have never really played R'lyeh before, but in this mod I am having utterly no success with them versus independents....

Provinces 18 and 22 on 'spacemap' do not connect either even though 18 is the planet surface and 22 is the immediate space above it. In order to get to space from 18 I have to jump to the moon first...
