Re: Dom III sitll gets some parental attention

Then would a better solution be to not have any gems and slaves generated until towards the end of the turn processing, at about the same time as buildings are built? If you are attacked and...

Re: Dom III sitll gets some parental attention

The amount of blood slaves that you make on a particual turn, cannot make that much difference to the game as a whole. If one of your blood income provinces gets invaded, you have bigger concerns...

Re: Erfworld web comic

There are a lot of web comincs out there. Most of them are bad. But to say that because some people did a particular type of webcominc bad, therefore all comics of that type are bad, is an unfair...

Re: Dom III sitll gets some parental attention

Not just blood slaves. Any time any sort of gem is auto produced , from clams or what not, they should by auto deposited in the lab. This is a simple thing to implement that would improve the game...

You left out a few important things. Cute little marbits, Archon flash mobs, and a lesbian relationship. ;)

Re: Erfworld web comic

On the surface dominion rules seem completely different, and no doubt there are games out there that closer model the rules of erfworld. But I find that the depth, complexity, unpredictability, and...

Re: Erfworld web comic

Ha ha! I never thought of that comparison. Food just magically sort of appears for us too doesn't it. But I am afraid that is where the comparison ends. Erfworlders are physically active and in...

Re: Conceptual Balance Mod 1.6

Could one of the way to balance nations just be to increase the gold and/or resource settings at the beginning of the game. If sacreds are a smaller percentage of armies, it may make the game more...

Erfworld web comic

Who hear has read the erfworld webcomic? I found there was a lot of parallel to the webcomic and this dominons game. Reading it, was partly responsible for inspiring me to start playing dominions...

Re: Monkey PD is crap

If you are in an MP game, and you have a nation with weak PD, just put a bog beast in each province. No one will want to attack you then.

Re: RAFT - Late Age (map selection and pretender design)

It may have to do with what pretender is used. If the base magic paths, or similar, differ between versions it may cause the game to crash.

Re: RAFT - Late Age (map selection and pretender design)

To be fair, it may not be non-CBM pretenders that are causing the game to crash. It could be a problem with the map, as an example.

Re: RAFT - Late Age (map selection and pretender design)

Re: RAFT - Late Age (map selection and pretender design)

It is probably people who don't know enough to check the forum for news. Next time to sign up for this sort of game people should have to pm the the game leader their email address.

Re: Mega-Dueling Tournament - Rules, Settings, Check List, and Sign Ups

I myself prefer the format as described by AOE. Even if I end up as a weaker nation against a strong nation, there is still the challenge of trying to do as much damage to the other nation as...

Re: Mega-Dueling Tournament - Rules, Settings, Check List, and Sign Ups

I will agree that we should go with the format of what the original poster picked. He has put a lot of thought into this. Remember that easy reasearch is on, which will help balance the nations. Also...

Re: RAFT - Late Age (map selection and pretender design)

Viajero, the nation assignments would have been sent to your team leader about a week ago, who should have forwarded the information to you.
