I've actually been working while at work since I usually spend an hour (or more) taking my turns when I first get in (while it's nice a quiet).

Ok. Based off of the two replies, this is a current bug that others have fixed with a leaky armor mod.

Are Mothballed ships visible?

Are mothballed ships visible to partners and/or enemies? I know they are during combat but I am unsure if they show up in a stack. I did a quick search and didn't find an answer to this.

Also don't forget when you build troops to quell a riot the cheapest and fastest way is to create a small troop with just a cockpit. Minimum 20 on a planet to have any affect.

Does anyone have a reason why all of my planets (minus homeworld) started to riot after only a handful of pbw turns? No wars or conflicts yet. Just positive TR agreements.

I know for a fact that a little investment can turn into a huge gain. If you build a ship with a Construction Yard, move it to an astroid with %200+% in minerals, build a Space Yard Construction...
