I can see nothing about Illusions in the TechArea.txt file, though the Vehicle.txt file does mention the Technomage Pinnacle, looks like a faster Frigate if I'm reading those stats correctly.

I've only played against the AI (and never finished a game as I always get a Range Check Error eventually - it is usually during the Minbari AI's processing and (on the Last occasion) trying to take...

(Lose of all bridge/aux. bridge) or (loss of all crew quarters) or (loss of all life support modules) = Max speed drops to 1 on both combat and normal screens.

To my knowledge, no units (Troops, Fighters, Mines, Drones and Weapons Platforms) can be upgraded or recycled, just Jettisoned (Instant Destroy).
As to how I handle WPs - as I've only played solo...

If that case, may I suggest that the ships have a maximum number of engines set?
What is the highest move engine value - if it is 8 then set a max of 30 engines would work.

I think you may have a problem with the mod and limitations of the SEIV engine. There are places in designing ships where I can generate Range Check Errors, the two I've noticed so far are in number...
