What just happened? I uploaded a turn, then immediately downloaded the next turn, and it's like the AI has played a turn for me. I suddenly have all kinds of crappy AI designs, and worse yet, they are all half finished at all my shipyards. Anyway turn off the damn AI in your ministers menu! I hate it when that happens.
