As helpful as I try to be, I didn't post that information!

I think the problem is not in the graphics, but in the datafiles...

Look in your vehiclesize.txt, and see if you've accidentally added two blank lines in a row anywhere... SE4 reads that as the End of File, and will ignore anything after it.
Useful for debugging, but it is the most common problem to run into when modding the datafiles.
