Yes. Upload it to Shrapnel in the uploads section. You do not need to officially make a post in their though. Just hit "new reply", use the file upload form, and then copy the url. Edit your profile to use that url.
I have tried it twice now, without success.
Just with the image button I can implement it into a post.
