I dunno. I once made some decals for Mechwarrior mechs and they had to be certain dimensions, filetype of Targa, and total file size was limited to something like 3 or 6k.
So, I was just asking if there are any specifics like that. If it's an annimated gif, it can vary quite a bit in size. Also, the question I had about where it gets stored. Or uploaded. Any restritction on transparancey? Any naming conventions required? Is png allowed?
I did a search and didn't have much luck. The FAQ didn't discuss it. So, I thought I'd ask.
PS: What does IIRC mean?
