Well, I load it into 'Gif MovieGear' and export it as a 'Gif Filmstrip' (basically all the individual frames side by side in a vertical or horizontal row.) then I use ArtGem to work on it (resize, crop, frame etc) and make a new gif filmstrip that is 48x(48*#frames) and go back to Gif MovieGear, import the filmstrip and play with the timing, optimize the gif then save.

Voila, that's it in a nutshell.

P.S. Gif MovieGear also has the ability to resize/rescale gifs. I scaled down the gif you sent to 46 pixels high before exporting the strip. That simple function saves me a lot of time to say the least.

P.P.S. Nice gifs Atrocities, what did you use to make them? (since we're sharing secrets.)
