Pronounced Jobe. It's the title character from Heinlein's "Job: A Comedy of Justice", taken from the cover of the book. Given some time and initiative, I could tell you which edition and the artist, but that's not likely.
Works very well for the handle "Loser". I'm sure you're familliar with the original namesake, who also fits the handle pretty well.
