i liked the way they tried to pull stuff from the series into this. Like they did with StarTrek 6 TOS. the battle scenes were impressive. I was shocked to see Deanna Troy actually play an important roll in the movie.
War makes for strange allies.
The Enterprise definitely did not look like a peaceful exploration ship in this movie. to bad it didnt have the Spinal Mount from the series finally.
