We are off and running.
New Items include:
Bouy Launcher - Launches 1 Sattellite per Stratiegic turn
Space Bouy - 20kT Sattellite able to hold the 5kT Stealth Plate
This combo allows you to drop off a Bouy to mark and monitor the systems you pass through.
