It looks to me like Player 2 (at sigma 3) is slightly disadvantaged. That is the only position that has 2 wp to start and is within 3 warps of another player.

I would have also thought that you would have started one player per cluster and then went around again with players 7-12 for the second in each cluster, in case the game is only played with 6 players.

Other than those minor points, it looks quite innovative, and interesting to play.
