No supplies are used per turn on a ship.

Supplies are used each time the ship moves one sector. Add up the supply usage of every engine on the ship (which is 10 per engine in unmodded se4), and that is how many supplies will be used for each sector that the ship moves.

If a ship has a Cloaking Device (Not Stealth Armor), then 100 supplies will be used per turn that the Device is activated. There are some other components like this, such as Remote Mining comps.
