Oh, after re-reading it looks like you do want to mod the game...
Make a backup the Components.txt file (It's in your Data subfolder). Then, simply go into components.txt and delete all the entries you wish to take out. Don't forget to delete all the variations -- eg, the Gravitational Quantum Resonator has five entries (Gravitational Quantum Resonator I, II, III, IV, and V)
