If you can, download Doga 3, and the patch. I think the beta patch is availible in the MUST SEE sicky.
Do a search for the DOGA program, and see if you can find link to the DOGA forum where you can download the latest Version of DOGA 3 and its patch.

One tip, just an FYI incase you didn't know. You can select the size you want to render the image in. 36x36 as well as 128x128, then save the image to a folder. No other resizing needed, your done.
