Default Re: Multiplayer TCP or IPX?

I would love to see TCP play for the challenge of a human opponent at a quicker rate than one turn a day on pbem! And for those of us who don't have the kind of friends that want to come over and play SEIV via hotseat. There are many people who would love to see TCP enacted and these are the same kind of people who would be willing to 'marathon' for a weekend. So maybe it would be boring to some of you, maybe you wouldn't want to play it. But allow those of us who do the opportunity to play and to seek answers as to when/if it will become available. I for one don't appreciate having the idea shot down, ridiculed, or questions about it dodged every time it comes up. Perhaps just a simple answer to questions about it would be in order!

I apologize in advance for this seeming rant but this is one thing, probably the only thing in this excellent forum, which really pisses me off!
