In the readme of the Fyron's Quadrant it says that only sector and map generation are affected by the mod, btw many other non map related files are modified, sometimes clashing with TDM own files.

For example DefaultDesignTypes in Fyron's is heavily different from the one in TDM. It's safe to use that of TDM?

I have installed Fyron's then carefully substituted the non map related files in the Data subdir with the ones from TDM and overwrited almost anything else. There's a cleaner way to do? any other has tried it? I don't have anymore warnings when I start a game or when the AI process its turns. Can I be considered safe?
