I'm no longer too fond of racial traits, so when I use 'em I tend to go for coolness factor.
Temporal - I just like the idea of a race that's capable of manipulating time
Temporal Yards, anti-shield weaponry are pretty nice too. Events Predictor helps a lot in a defensive situation as well.
Temporal + Psychic - Manipulate time + read minds
I love the psychic training facilities, but I'm not too fond of the trait itself because it encourages other empires to come and snuff me out before I get AS.
