It's still too early for me to tell yet. I've just been really playing it for about 3 weeks and I'm still on the learning stage.

Addictive games for me:
Xcom:UFO
Xcom:TFTD
Xcom:Apocolypse
Diablo 1 & 2
MOO2
SMAC
Steel Panther series
Strategic Command
Fallout 1,2& Tactics
Axis & Allies

SE4 definately has the potential for me to add it to the list too.
