if you post forum rules, then you are obliged to enforce them. its pretty free and easy here, as everyone is fairly mature. there really are no flame wars, all the cartoon violence is in the cantina, and the most heated debates are over wither or not CIV3 sucks. which it does, by the way, just not for the reasons previously stated by others.
