Well, sort of. You (as owner) have to upgrade your own game to 1.84. Otherwise, it will still process in 1.78. That's fine, unless you/your players want to upgrade. The turn after you order the upgrade is still 1.78 (that's what it was when it was mailed out); the turn it mails out next is 1.84. Hope that's not too confusing (or inaccurate).
It helps. But I guess it would clear it up for me if I knew if PBW is running multiple Versions of SE4 or just the latest.
If I create a game in V1.67 or V1.78 or V1.84 and me and my players all play in that Version are player upload to PBW that will process them using the correct Version when we created the game.

Now I created a game of V1.78 TDM Modpack 3.20 and players want to upgrade to v1.84. The Last .gam file came out as v1.78, we all play in v1.78 and upload to the PBW server for processing. Does the PBW server keep and use a v1.78 Version of se4.exe to process the turn or does it use a v1.84 se4.exe for all games?

It sounds like v1.84 is used for all games now. I just thought that if you started a game in v1.78 you had to complete it in v1.78.

If its the same v1.84 for all games then all my players patch to v1.84 and we can continue in v1.84. If the PBW server keep an old v1.78 to process since that is how I created the game; I need to know how to tell the server to use V1.84 after that.

If that just confuses the issue more we may just try it and see what happens since the admin can do a replacement turn upload. But I am pretty sure one players may have patched, played his turn and uploaded already and I know I haven't patched. but I played and uploaded so at least 2 player files are using different Versions.
